Electronic Circuit Breaker - ESS20-1

24 VDC power supplies, which are widely used in the industry today, shut down the output in the event of an overload - resulting in the possibility of one faulty load stopping the entire system. 

Through selective disconnection the ESS20 responds much faster to overload or short circuit conditions than the switch-mode power supply.  This is achieved by a combination of active current limitation and well-proven circuit breaker technology.

The ESS20 limits the highest possible current to 1.8 times the set rated current of the circuit breaker .  Making it possible to switch on even capacitive loads or lamp loads, which are disconnected only in the event of an overload or short circuit.
