Board of Directors

E-T-A’s management team consists of five people.

The three directors Bernd Ellenberger, Carl Horst Poensgen and Dr. Clifford Sell lead the company in the second and third generation. The other members of the executive committee, Bernd Härtlein and Manfred Kiefl, have been working for E-T-A for many years and are responsible for major departments such as Product Divisions and Accounts.
