REACH Directive

The REACH directive (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation of Chemicals) is intended to improve protection of man, animals and environment against  detrimental chemicals. Everyone bringing more than one ton of a chemical to the European market annually is subject to the REACH directive.

E-T-A produces exclusively non-chemical products. We are in close contact with our suppliers and can confirm that the few process chemicals required for manufacturing E-T-A products are either not covered by the REACH directive or have already been registered by the supplier.

Therefore the REACH directive 1907/2006/EC  does not apply to E-T-A products. We do not require a registration, evaluation or approval to the REACH directive neither do we have to establish a safety data sheet to 91/155/EWG or 67/548/EWG.
